A certified yogi from Collège Yoga Sangha and a nomad at heart, Mylène is originally from the Maritimes where, without a doubt, her love of the ocean was born.

Through her travels and various trainings and workshops, Mylène has learned to foster a sense of exploration  when it comes to yoga  and strongly believes that we can benefit from all styles of teaching.  Essentially, she hopes to share her knowledge and love of yoga with as many people as possible, a practice that she believes stretches way beyond the mat.

Carina Raisman has been practicing Yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for ten. She is certified by Yoga Alliance in Ashtanga Yoga, and complements her practice and teaching through various forms. Her main sources of inspiration are

Satyananda and Anusara. Carina’s academic history shows clearly her interest in Health Sciences. Graduating with honors from McGill University, obtaining a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology, she enriches her education with a year abroad at the Faculté de Pharmacie in Montpellier, France, providing added knowledge in many fields, namely pharmacology, homeopathy, and plant-therapy.

At the present, Carina is devoting time to bridging the gap between modern

medicine and Yogatherapy, and integrates aspects of Anatomy, Physiology & Immunology to the teaching of yoga. Through research and collaboration, Carina aims to integrate Yoga into the public health system, making Yoga accessible to all.

progress in their practice, also yoga therapy sessions for depression and insomnia.
